Principal

Mrs. Meehan has worked for Dubuque Schools since 1997 as a teacher and administrator. She has been a school principal in Dubuque Schools since 2001; serving at Kennedy Elementary, Jones Early Childhood Center, and now Irving Elementary. She is married and has three daughters, and is very proud of her hometown roots in Victor, Iowa where she grew up on a farm. She went to the University of Northern Iowa for her undergraduate and graduate degrees.
